The History of M&R Technologies
In 1996, Robert and Marty’s relationship began working at a fabrication and mechanical repair shop.
In 2004, Robert Radford and Marty Thurman teamed up to fill a gap in the phosphate and mining industry. Robert and Marty worked hard to fill that gap and have now grown to over 70 employees who are dedicated to quality work and on-the-job safety.
Robert began as a welder/fabricator and developed into a vibration analyst in the phosphate and mining industry for a well-known industrial contractor in Central Florida. During his tenure he met Marty, a heavy equipment mechanic turned vibration analyst, who also shared the same passion for excellence and desire to bring an elevated standard of professionalism and new processes that would change the way contractors performed in the industry.
They moved their headquarters to Bartow, FL and have been drastically expanding over the past decade to fulfill clients needs all across the United States and more recently, internationally.
Today, Robert and Marty are still active in the company but have given control over to Matt Radford, the new President.
